Top notch experience start to finish. We requested door replacement estimates from several companies. Logan was not only first to respond, he quickly provided a very professional estimate, called to see if we had any questions and invited us to visit their showroom where he helped us decide which door would best meet our needs. That afternoon, Brody stopped by and gathered the data needed for installation. He returned the next morning and replaced the door and all associated components. Joe from Design Array Garage Door arrived on time, introduced himself, surveyed the problem, and went back to his service vehicle to get tools, a ladder, and parts. Joe then set up and took the sides off the garage door motor, surveyed the model and went to his service vehicle to obtain the parts he would need to repair the garage door motor. Joe replaced the parts, tuned the system, and lubed the brackets on the garage door panels. Before Joe left, he made sure our garage door was operating smoothly.
